Example check SC-O-0817-GBIN RANGE

The software your shift runs on.

Every check schedules itself, every reading is a number or a photograph, and every shift closes into one record that is ready before an audit asks for it. Nothing to remember, nothing to lose, nothing to argue about.

One check, start to finish.

Every step below happens in software running real kitchens today. This is the whole mechanism, in the order a real check meets it.

PartySCHEDULE

The check schedules itself

Daily, weekly, monthly, six-monthly, or annual, the cadence engine creates the instance and puts it in front of whoever is on shift. Nobody has to remember that Tuesday is the six-monthly one.

StatusOPEN

Whoever is on shift completes it

Staff sign in with a PIN, not a password, and see only the checks due to them, on the device already on the wall. There is no paper folder to lose.

PartyREADING

A number or a photograph, not a tick box

A temperature, a reading, or a photo attaches to this specific instance. It is not a checkbox saying someone looked; it is the evidence of what they saw.

StatusIN RANGE

In range closes itself. Out of range escalates.

A reading inside range closes the check silently and moves on. One outside range holds open and puts a manager on notice immediately. That decision is the product.

PartySTOCK

The same shift keeps stock and tasks in one place

A fridge check that is part of a stock take updates the count in the same motion. Tasks, checks, and stock read from one shift, not from three separate systems.

PartyAUDIT
StatusLOGGED

Every check is timestamped and kept, not summarised

The instance, the reading, the photo, and who did it stay attached permanently. An environmental health officer or a franchisor audit reads the actual record, not a manager's memory of the week.

PartyRECORD

The shift closes into one record

Checks, exceptions, stock, and tasks for the day settle into a single closed record per site. Nothing is still pending when the next shift opens.

The decision

In range, or escalated. Every check.

A reading inside range closes itself the moment it is logged. No manager has to see it to trust it. One outside range holds open and reaches a manager before the shift moves on, the same way an unassigned delivery reaches a courier. You are never short a check, and you never find out about a failed freezer at the audit.

The panel here is that rule meeting two readings on the same morning. SC-O-0817-GB is the check this page has followed since the hero; SC-O-0819-GB is the one that stops the shift.

Next

The platform is built. Your next audit is not.

The check engine already running kitchen fridges, stock, food safety and tasks is the same software behind Scorto Delivery, on one login and one record. If you are weighing whether it fits your sites, the fastest way through is a conversation.
