What is charged, to whom, and when.
Your rates are set for your territory and confirmed in conversation, so what you pay fits the volume you actually run. Below is the structure every quote is built from: what triggers a charge, and who it falls on.
The tariff.
- Platform subscription
- WhenMonthly or yearly
Grants access to the platform and to dispatching with your own couriers.
- Per-delivery fee
- WhenOnly on freelance deliveries
Charged when you draw on the freelance network. Deliveries made by your own couriers carry no per-delivery fee.
- Commission per delivery
- WhenDeducted from earnings
Applies to network deliveries only. Work carried on shift for the restaurant a courier is attached to is paid by that restaurant and carries no commission. A courier who does both pays commission only on the network half.
- One-time sign-up fee
- WhenOn joining the network
Covers identity verification and onboarding. Payable once by any courier taking network jobs.
- Regional revenue share
- WhenOngoing
Franchise operators earn from subscriptions and deliveries within their territory. Terms are agreed per territory.
One busy Friday, twenty deliveries.
Twelve go to your own couriers, eight to the network. Here is the same trading day run through a marketplace, and run through Scorto. Substitute your own order value and your own marketplace’s rate. The shape does not change.

The same orders, either way.
Taken from every order, including the ones your own regulars placed.
No per-delivery fee. The one figure here that is a fact rather than an example.
Charged only when you draw on the freelance network.
A month spread across 26 trading days.
Twelve of those twenty cost nothing per delivery. That row is the tariff, not an estimate. The other two are agreed with your territory operator, which is what the quote covers.

Illustrative interface. Depicts the retailer portal, not a screenshot.
The order value and the twenty-delivery split are illustrative, so substitute your own. The 30% commission is a stated assumption about full-service marketplace delivery, not a claim about any named company. Scorto's own rates depend on the territory and on how the operation runs, so this page shows the structure rather than a quotation. Ask us for a quote. Own-courier deliveries carrying no per-delivery fee is not an assumption; that one is the tariff above.
Settlement
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Retailers hold a wallet balance that must stay positive to draw on the freelance network.
- Courier earnings are paid out weekly.
- Cash-on-delivery orders settle courier-to-retailer up front; the courier collects from the customer at the door.
