Scorto does not run every city itself. It sells the right to run one.
A territory is a bounded, measurable asset with one owner. You recruit the restaurants and the couriers inside it, you resolve what goes wrong there, and you earn from what moves through it.
We are not granting territories yet. The operating playbook is being proven in the first region, and handing someone exclusivity before there is a repeatable process to hand over would be selling something we cannot yet deliver. This page registers interest. When territories open, the people below hear first.
A territory has edges, and the software enforces them.
A territory is a defined set of postcodes, or a boundary drawn on a map. It is not a handshake about a region. Every delivery address is checked against that boundary automatically, which is what makes a territory an asset rather than a promise.
- Postcode sets, or a boundary drawn on the map
- Checked automatically on every delivery address
- One operator per territory

What an operator actually does.
Recruit retailers
Find the restaurants and shops in your region, verify them, get them subscribed, and get their first dispatch through the system.
Vet couriers
Verify identity, documents and vehicles. Build enough courier supply that your retailers are never stuck without one.
Resolve local disputes
Late deliveries, damage claims and refunds in your region come to you. The evidence (logs, GPS, proof photographs) is already gathered before you look at it.

What an operator earns
You earn from the deliveries and subscriptions inside your boundary. The structure is a share of regional revenue; the rate is agreed per territory, because a dense city centre and a rural county are not the same business.
- A share of subscription revenue from retailers in your territory
- A share of per-delivery fees on network deliveries in your territory
- Rates agreed per territory, in writing, before you commit

What you get.
- The platform: retailer portal, courier apps for iOS and Android, and your own operator console
- The brand, and the right to trade under it in your territory
- Central oversight of the network, fraud detection and payment infrastructure
- Training, and the operating playbook for onboarding retailers and couriers
What you bring.
- Capital to invest in your region, and the runway to build it
- A genuine local presence: this is not a business you run from another city
- Performance against agreed targets, reviewed on a schedule
Exclusivity is earned, not granted for ever
You get exclusivity in your territory, and you keep it by hitting the performance conditions in your agreement. Those conditions are written down before you sign and reviewed on a schedule. Nobody loses a territory by surprise.
Scorto serves national accounts directly
Where a chain trades across several territories, we deal with it centrally rather than territory by territory. Without that, one territory holder could block a national agreement that benefits every other operator. Your share of the deliveries that land in your boundary is unaffected.
