Taking and completing a job

What the app asks of you, and what it owes you, on every delivery.

Step by step.

  1. 01

    Pick how you work

Attached to a restaurant, you are assigned their deliveries while you are on shift. Freelance, you take jobs offered across your zone. You can do both: on shift you carry that restaurant's work, and between shifts the network is open to you. Shift work always comes first.

  2. 02

    Get verified

Register, submit identity documents, and register your vehicle. A one-time sign-up fee covers verification if you take network jobs.

  3. 03

    Accept a job

Jobs in your zone are offered to you. Accepting one releases the customer's contact details for that delivery only. You can hold multiple orders from the same restaurant.

  4. 04

    Confirm pickup

Confirm collection to start the delivery. From this point, cancelling makes you responsible for the full order value.

  5. 05

    Follow the route

The app routes you with live traffic. Significant deviation from the route raises an alert.

  6. 06

    Photograph the delivery

Photograph the order at the customer's door. On a cash order, collect payment. You have already settled with the retailer.

  7. 07

    Get paid

Network jobs pay out weekly, with commission and any deductions shown per delivery. Shift work is paid by the restaurant you are attached to, on their terms. If you do both, you see the two separately.
